Breastfeeding Support Center at Beach Cities Health District in Redondo Beach

The Breastfeeding Support Center at Beach Cities Health District in Redondo Beach will hose a WBW open house and celebration on Monday, August 4, including a “nurse-in.”  Details are attached.

We will also be hosting a staff in-service, open to the public, on Thursday, August 7 at the same facility.  The title is “Breastfeeding: Why We Should Care.”

In addition we will have a week-long awareness poster campaign, along with gold ribbons in support of breastfeeding as the “gold standard” for all babies.
